Are there any restrictions on purchasing eGift Cards?

There are no restrictions on purchasing an eGift Card, however some brands may have denominations set to fixed amounts like $25 or $50. Refer to that specific brand’s webpage to find out what denominations are available.

Can I check the status of an order?

You can check the status of an order if you have created an account with us. After you sign in to your account, click or tap on the Order History section to review the status of an order.

How do I place an order?

Browse the site for the gift cards you want to purchase, add them to the shopping cart and check-out by paying with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

How is my order delivered?

You or your gift recipient will receive an email message that contains a link to the eGift Card. You will also receive a separate confirmation email once your order is processed.

What delivery options do you offer?

eGift Cards are delivered via email.

When will my gift recipient receive their eGift Card?

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 12 hours, but they can sometimes take up to 48 hours from the time of check-out to be reviewed before the order is approved and processed, unless you specify a delivery data in the future (e.g. for a birthday in two weeks’ time).

Where can these eGift Cards be used?

An eGift Card can generally be used at that brand’s participating retail locations and/or online on that retailer’s website, however each retailer is different, so please refer to the specific redemption details found on each eGift Card's webpage before you buy any of our eGift Cards.

Do eGift Cards expire or have any fees?

There are no fees associated with our eGift Cards and they do not expire.

Are eGift Cards refundable?

Once the eGift Card has been emailed to the recipient, it is not refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their eGift Card or accidentally deletes it, we are happy to re-send it if they contact Customer Service.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

Why won’t this site accept my credit card?

We only accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please make sure there are sufficient funds on the card and that the correct billing address is linked to the card you are using. If you’re still having issues using your card, you may want to try using a different credit card for payment. You can also contact your credit card provider to find out why the card is being declined if none of the issues listed above apply.

What is this pre–authorization from you on my credit card?

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on a specified amount of money against the available funds on your credit card. This is not an actual charge on your card because no funds are taken. Your card provider may show a pre-authorization as a pending transaction on your account. Our pre-authorizations usually take 3 to 7 days to clear from your card if your payment fails or is declined.
